The Most Important Part of the Season

Two years in a row I have gone to the Las Vegas Pioneer Bowl - living in Las Vegas does have its perks. This year Janae and I went with Marcus, Jamie, and Karey. Thanks to Karey for getting us the tickets. From complete despair to utter exhilaration in 2 seconds, what a nail-biter. Here are a few pictures just to rub in the fact that most of you had to watch on some little TV. Enjoy.

Go Cougars!

Klein Family Christmas

It seems that with the Klein family, Christmas always comes early. We celebrated on Friday the 21st as if it was Christmas Eve. We ate too much, played games, acted out the nativity, and read a Christmas story. The next morning we opened family gifts from siblings, parents, and great-grandma Nanna. After the gift exchange the men went shotgun shooting while the ladies watched the kids. Upon our return the ladies left to go see the movie 'Enchanted' and the boys took their turn at babysitting.

Here is one of our Wise Men - Little Mace Dog

Avery was, of course, a beautiful angel along with cousins Pepper, Marley, and Meagan.

A close-up of the little angel face.

Baby Jesus was played by none other than baby London, I hope Jesus doesn't mind that he was played by a girl. Proud parents David and Tori, angel Meagan - brightly beaming, wise men Kaden and Alex with Grandma Jackie narrating.

Avery got a couple of new dolls, a dress, and a blanket

Mason got a musical scooter, a toy guitar, a shirt, and a blanket.

Visions of Sugar Plums

video

While visions of sugar plums danced in her head, Avery fell fast asleep under the Christmas tree. The snoring has not been fabricated or enhanced in any way. I believe that we would be safe in saying that she takes after her Grandpa Rex.

Where are the pictures?

Here it is, the second post. I felt like I really needed to post some pictures in order for my new blog to be official. This first picture happens to be the same one that we sent out on our Christmas cards. If you look closely enough you can see the chocolate Mason has all over his pants. You can't keep these kids clean for 10 minutes.

This picture is of cousin Marley, Avery, and Mason. Mason loves to wear his hat and coat.

You can tell who is enjoying their bath and who isn't.

This picture is of Avery getting ready for her dance recital.

video

This Video is of Avery's dance recital to the music of "I'm Gettin' Nuttin' for Christmas." She did a great job after we were able to get her to turn around and face the front of the stage. She will get to move up to the next level of classes as soon as she can master the art of skipping, she is working very hard.

Are You Serious???

I can't believe that I am doing this. I will most likely make 2 posts to this blog, hate the amount of time that it takes, regret starting it, push it out of my mind, and never make another post again. Here goes nothing.
